Hi Alvaro,

The legal deadline to handle user data deletion requests is 30 days in the EU and 45 days in California. We also mention this deadline on our GDPR page (see the attached screenshot). The actual time also depends on the number of such requests, which is not small.

As far as I checked, your account is in our queue and will be processed on time. You will receive an email afterwards.
