DatePicker in a Modal Window Scrolls Window to the Top when Clicked

In my application II have a modal window that contains a date picker.  If I move the window down then click the date picker button the window moves back to the top of the screen

Since the provided details are not enough for me to be sure what's causing the problem, I went ahead to test the described behavior in a sample project and everything seems to be working as expected.

Can you ensure that you do not have any scripts which might interfere with the behavior of the Window? Ideally, if you can provide a runnable project in which the current behavior can be reproduced, would enable me to debug the issue locally and provide an accurate answer to where does the problem stem from.

Also, may I ask you to provide more details on what are the steps to reproduce the mentioned problem since I'm not completely sure that I understand it correctly?
