Couchbase Lite (http://www.couchbase.com/communities/couchbase-lite) is an ultra-lightweight, reliable, secure JSON database suitable for embedding into mobile and/or desktop apps

It's the successor of TouchDB (http://touchdb.org/) and it does support replication to and from Couchbase.

Hi Alexandre,

Thanks for bringing Couchbase to our attention. The good news is that the Couchbase team already provides a custom Apache Cordova plugin that users can add to their Icenium projects. The plugin already contains a plugin.xml file and is updated to Cordova 3.0.0. 

If you would like for the Icenium team to add it as an integrated plugin and provide continuous updates and support for the Couchbase plugin, you can post it as a suggestion in the Feedback Portal. Should your suggestion gain enough traction, the team might consider adding it to the base of integrated plugins.
