We do plan to support future versions of Cordova and we are closely monitoring how the project progress and what is their future roadmap. When a new version is made available we need some time to test it and also verify that there are no critical issues with it.
Regarding 2.3 support we have it planned but it will not be for our next public update - scheduled for first half of February. Expect the one after that to have the support built-in. Speaking of 2.3 are there any specific features or fixes you need?

I'm interested in the new InAppBrowser - specifically a sample application that opens an external site like www.cnn.com or whatever url one gives it. I know I can do this in plain old Cordova, but I really want to be able to do it in Icenium with KendoUI control support. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Dave Gerding
We usually ship Icenium cloud services with lates Cordova version that will pass our internal acceptance tests during each release. As of now we ships with 2.4 and you can update any existing project from you Project Properties.
You can keep with what's new by checking our Icenium v1.3 release notes.
