Hello Cory,

RadRichTextBox does not support syntax highlighting. This feature is not scheduled for Q1 2011 and even though we have discussed the possible use of RadRichTextBox as a code editor, a road map has not been set yet.
If you need to only present code with syntax highlighting, you can do this in a way similar to the following demo:
http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#RichTextBox/SyntaxHighlight

You can, however, search and highlight words on demand, as shown in the demo in this forum thread.
