When loading a saved version of the grid settings the grid show all of the filtering, grouping, and sorting properly. The CheckList Filtering is done correctly except the Filter icon is not highlighted and when you click on the Filter button none of the selected items are checked (these are load using the FilterCheckListItemsRequested event). Is there anyway to update the icon and check the appropriate item in the checklist?

Hello,
Similar behavior to the one you describe was observed in older version of the controls. However, the issue has been fixed and is not observed in the latest version.
Ensure that you are using the latest release of the controls and the issue should be resolved. Currently the latest version is 2014.3.1209.

Does the upgrade include the 3.5 framework? I have upgraded to the latest version and I am running the 3.5 framework and same condition exists.

Hi James,
The latest version supports .NET 3.5. You need to ensure that you are adding the correct dll files to the Bin folder of your application when upgrading. Also ensure that they are referenced correctly in the project.
