Finally got my app live in the App Store.
Bit of a challenge to get it to an acceptable stage (mostly on Apple's side) although I'd find it much easier next time round. Due to having no objective C experience this is possible due to Icenium and uses the same code base as the web app (apart from one line).
Thanks to the Icenium team for their assistance and the Kendo Mobile support team as well.
