  It seems, there was somesort of latency in content initialization of the RadExpander Control while loading the content using xaml reader, 
  but the same process works as expected with the first quarter release.

  Thank you for opening a support ticket and sending us a sample project for reproducing the issue. We are currently investigating it and trying to find the root cause of the issue and/or a possible workaround for it.
