The Height and Width properties work great to stretch the control. However if I set the value to anything less than 100 the control does not get smaller than 100.
I could use a scale transform but it makes the lines look horrible.
Is there any way to get a chart with Height="30" Width="100"?

By design the RadChart has MinHeight and MinWidth equal to 100. So, in order to apply a value less than Height="100", you need to change the value of the MinHeight property.
