  After this video leaked onto the internet it was revealed to have been internally produced by Microsoft themselves as a "how not to" training tool.

  Cool post, although I do find the Zune to be a much better product than ipod.

  I have to agree...I have been using the original zune for a few years now. works perfect and was very cheap used!
