I've looked all over and have yet to find any so I'm guessing Forum Suggestions is the closest to it, just in case the title isn't obvious enough I'll explain what I mean.

Right now you have product support pages on this forum but you don't have any form of forum support so if someone has a problem which is related to the forum itself and not a product you provide.

To kill 2 birds with 1 stone I'll also cover the issue I have.

1 topic of mine got locked by an admin who didn't believe what I was telling him to be true until I made another topic with screenshot evidence and project example to prove it, long story short the problem I was having hasn't been fixed for open source license holders and I have since found another solution to the problem I was having and I want to update that to my topic for anybodies future reference.

I have asked if it can be unlocked but so far no response/action has been given/taken so I went looking for forum support to find none hence this topic.

Addition back story:-
I had also made a 2nd topic covering the 1st one since the 1st topic was locked based on only one of the main points I was raising so I tried to make those additional point clear here to no avail so ended up spliting those points here, here and here.

To summarise -

1. Forum Support section.
2. Getting topic unlocked so I can provide solution.

Even more of a reason now to have this, Google search link and the 5th+6th result show Slightly different name for telerik site with .tw after .com.

I can guess this is so phishing scammers can steal paying customer information but ofc without a official section to post any of this urgent issues who knows how long it will take for telerik to do something about it.

and heck 16h on still no response.

now 72 views and no reply from telerik, guess they don't care about phishing sites.

The http://www.telerik.com.tw domain is actually a property of Telerik, using the Telerik website. The security certificate used by the website is issued for the http://www.telerik.com domain only, hence the warning in the browser. You could check the warning message though, which indicates that the certificate is a property of Telerik.

you want some dedicated support channel/form for submitting issues regarding our forums. For such scenarios we've created this forum category:

where all our customers can post bugs, features, suggestions and whatever they want regarding our Forums. As I can see you are already posting in this forum thread so keep doing it if you want to report some issue!
