There don't appear to be any TOC entries for RadWindow or RadWindowManager.
Now that I type this I have the strangest feeling that I've reported this, but I can't find a message to that effect.
Apologies if I've started to repeat myself.

Both.
Just to be clear, I'm specifically talking about entries in the TOC under the API Reference|Telerik.Web.UI heading.
