Hello Deepak,
Currently the RadZipLibrary does not allow creating packages with passwords, but I have created an item called "Zip: Add a possibility to create a ZipPackage with a password associated with it" and will be ready for tracking and voting tomorrow the latest. I have updated your Telerik points.
