Where to find localization resources?

I downloaded from my premium telerik account, the kendoUI library.

But I can't find localization resources in the download or anywhere else?

Where is it? 

Something like kendo.culture.fr-FR.js ?

Hello Julien,

The required resouces were not shipped with the SP of the Kendo UI. I have attached them to this message for your convenience. They are the same as those release with the first official release of Kendo UI.
