What's New With Advanced Form?

Hello,

It says there were advanced form customizations that were a part of the 2010 Q2 release, but I can't find any demos of changes made to the advanced form, nor can I find much documentation.  So what was changed?   And if possible, could you add a demo to display the advanced form changes?

OK, so regarding the last link "Customizing the AFT", are you saying with the Q2 2010 release that the RadScheduler code-base DIDN'T change, but that the customized user controls for the advanced template that you can copy/paste into your project DID change?

Hi Brian,

I'm afraid the release notes aren't quite accurate - the changes in the advanced form came with Q1 SP1 release when we extracted the recurrence editing functionality in a separate control. This is a pretty major change, so we recommend any customizations to be re-applied to the new template. You can also use your old templates, they'll continue to work.

For Q2 we've only added support for reminders. Basically a drop-down plus a few lines in the code-behind. If you don't need reminders feel free to use your existing templates.
