Hello Tracy,

Thank you for your feedback.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the issue reported.

I am sending you a video, which shows no such behavior on the TabStrip overview demo page.
I have used a SonyEricsson Xperia Arc S device, running Android 2.3.4 and its default browser.
The same scenario was also tested with an HTC device, running Android 4.0 and a Galaxy Nexus, running Android 4.2.1

You may check if there is an element in the top part of your page that is on focus when the page is loaded. I suppose that if such an element is present, it may cause the page to scroll to top and focus it again.

Could you, please confirm that you are experiencing such an issue on TabStrip demo pages or provide us a live URL or sample page which replicates the issue? Could you also specify what device and Android version you use?

Regards,
Dimitar
