Hi,

This is an urgent issue.

When we select a file using RadUpload to be uploaded on server, the RadUpl;oad goes blank. I mean, that we do not see any Upload button in it which we can click on to actually upload the file. Ideally, it should show us cancel, upload and browse more files buttons but we are not able to see any such thing. Attached is the screenshot for your reference.

Please help us urgently.

Regards,
Shiva

To give more update:

When I drag and drop the RadUpload into the xaml page, I'm getting control_targettypemismatch error. Can you please suggest?

Shiva

Hello Shiva,

Which version are you using to test this? On the screenshot, I see the default state of the RadUpload. Is this the state after you have selected a file?

Best wishes,

Dear Alex,

Yes, this is that state of the RadUpload control even after selecting the file from FileOpenDialog box.

I'm using 2010.3.1110.1040 version for Telerik.Windows.Controls and Telerik.Windows.Controls.Input.

Please help.

Hi Shiva,

Could you please test this with a later version. I believe, around 2010.3.1110.1040 we made refactoring on the UI code of the RadUpload. Moreover, the RadUpload has a new template with this version, so if you have a custom style, you would have to update it as well.
