I have used the docking with splitcontainer example as displayed on the demo website
except I replaced the contect of dockpane1 with a treeview

as I startup the project its looks fine when the pane expands the treeview is visible, but when another
pane has been expanded and I expand pane1 again the treeview is gone until I pinned the dockpanel
than the treeview is shown again

Can you tell me what is going wrong?

Hi David,

We are aware of the issue you encountered. It is caused by a bug in the Silverlight plugin that is triggered when there are tab panes that contain elements that inherit UIElement and panes that contain elements that don't. Currently we are tying to find a workaround so please bear with us. Until we have a solution you can make sure you only place UIElement-based controls in the tab panes. Hope that helps.
