ToolTip not working in special slot of RadschedulerView

I an not able to display tooltip in a special slot in  RadScheduleView.I have searched many examples but could not get success. have attached sample project file

Can you please look at that?

We have such example in our online XAML SDK Repository - you can find it on the following link:
