If That are not Allowed could Only Tell me Which Control is used in Upper Left which is Like a Circle has Visulaztion, Data, Navigation, Input And Containers and how u Developed it to change its size when the mouse above, The Other Control I Ask About which control u used as Container which appear controls in it as Icons and If Allowed How U Handle It

I want change the txt of the splashscreen on demo silverlight websit，but i cannot find where to change it。i just can not understand the path.
