Telerik is taking more time to be installed

    Hi!Is it normal that the installation of telerik take more time than a normal installation.I have install from 21h00 pm ,now it is 6h00 am but still it is on 50%.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The installation of all the products (together) from our Web Installer takes less than 3 hours when the internet connection is fast enough. I took a look at the reports and we received one report from you about internet connectivity problem.

    Do you have problems with the internet connection? This could be the reason for taking too long to install our products.

    As an alternative to the web installer, I could suggest you to use the offline installers of our products.

    As for me, I am sure that my internet connection is working very well. But it takes way too long and sometimes it tells me that u have an internet connection problem and tells me to choose a proxy while i am sure i have no problem with my connection.

    Thanks for writing.

    The connection problem dialog pops up when the data transfer is interrupted for some reason. It doesn't mean that your internet connections is bad. This could be caused by an external for you and us network infrastructure.

    If you don't use a proxy, you just need to click on the 'Retry' button and the installer will make another attempt to download the file.
