Does Xamarin ImageEditor have swipe gesture ? To change between several images.

Telerik ImageEditor for Xamarin does not provide this option. The control has two parts, the editor part where the image is positioned and the toolbar part with predefined options for editing the image.
The scenario you are looking for is like a ImageViewer control so the images can be scrolled. We have a feature request for ImageViewer control: https://feedback.telerik.com/xamarin/1365862-add-image-viewer-component
