sudenly creating a new report schedule fails 406 - Client browser does not accept the MIME type of the requested page.

Hi Everyone, 

we are running a Report server Version: 6.1.20.513

It was working just fine. 

Now when we try to create a new schedule for a report, it fails. 

Exploring the browser network log it shows that

https://<my_server>/Scheduling/Create fails with 406Not Acceptable 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Lucian,

Please, make sure the Telerik.ReportServer.ServiceAgent is running. You may check this in the 'Services' Windows application. For details and further instructions for troubleshooting, you may check the KB article Telerik Report Server Service Agent is not running.

You may be able to find additional details related to the issue also in the logs from the Trace Listener attached to the Report Server. See Troubleshooting Report Server for more information.

I suggest also FiddlerJam for obtaining more details on the failing request.
