I'm building a business application in WPF that needs to be usable from a kiosk's touch screen.  No real need for fancy multitouch or gestures, but I do need basic controls that handle touch events and the ability to style the controls to make them larger for better usability.

Can the Telerik WPF controls handle touch events and easily be styled appropriately?  Is there anything like the MetroTouch skin for WPF?  Anyone else using the Telerik WPF controls for a basic touch-able application?

Thanks!
Jeremy

Are there any updates on this?

I am building a Standard Windows Desktop application (not a Window 8 Metro App) that will require Multitouch support. Even simple controls like the RadListBox do not seem to support Multitouch, although the standard .net ListBix does, out of the box with no modifications.

It seems this issue has been raised in the past, but seemed to be looked at as a low priority issue.

I am sure that with a proliferation of new devices coming onto the market with Windows 8 there will be a much higher demand for Multitouch support for Standard WPF Desktop applications and not only Metro Style applications. You certainly have my vote for this.

Anyway an update about the current situation would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Hi Austin,

As I said in my previous reply, we are working on such theme and we plan to include it in our Q3 2012 official release which is expected till the end of October.
