Hello,
I came across this example (http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/upload/examples/silverlight/defaultvb.aspx) which is pretty similar to what I need to do. But I cannot see the code in VB.NET, I click on VB.NET but it remains all in C# which I am not too familar with. Is that available?

Hi Arun Chheang,
Have you tried downloading the sample project in VB .Net? The link for it is just below the sample and it contains the full code sample in visual basic.
