Can you please elaborate further on this issue? Which window buttons are you referring to? Can you send us a snapshot and a sample code snippet that can help us better understand the issue and the steps to reproduce it? That would help us to further investigate it.
However, if you're using the RadRibbonView control in a RadRibbonWindow and the RibbonView isn't directly placed in the window, but is wrapped in a panel instead, then setting the panel background will hide the minimize/maximize/close buttons on the window. If this is your case, you can track this item in our PITS.
