Hi,

When using the gridviewselectcolumn the grid places a checkbox on the column header to enable selection/deselection of all rows in the grid. I can't figure out how to override this behaviour so that it only selects/deselects rows that have groups that expanded and ignores all rows that are in collapsed groups.
What would be the best way of going about this?

Thanks,
Gareth

Hi Gareth Gareth,

This cannot be done with the GridViewSelectColumn, once a collapsed group is expanded, its sub rows will be selected if the "Select All" CheckBox is checked.

You can try defining your own custom column to control the SelectedItems.
