is there away in RadGrid that from one row I can set a link to another row that may or may not be on a different page in the grid?
so if on row 1 in the grid with paging set at 20 rows I have a link to the row that may be at row 60 in the datasource, how can I link to that row?

Hi Ted,
I am not exactly sure about your requirement. But from what I understood you are trying to put one linkbutton in a Grid row which will show some text present in the Grid. And on clicking that it must navigate and highlight the row containing the text. Here is a code library submission where you can find a similar approach where the text from the Search textbox is highligthed in the Grid. Try altering the logic for achieving the desired scenario.
