Right align Toolbar button

I have a toolbar that contains several buttons.  I want the last button (Options) to be displayed right-aligned.  All the other buttons should be left aligned as usual.  When you maximize the toolbar I want the right-aligned button to stay achored to the right-hand side.  What is the best way to accomplish this?
