I use radCaptcha  with audio code in my site.

I use it in localhost it works fine and I can replace another .wav files with default audio files .but when i use it on server, it reads audio files from WebResource not from address I set and I can't replace this audio files.

even I delete this audio files from RadCaptcha folder,it reads audio files from webResource.
my question is how can i replace my custom audio files in RadCapcha in server not in localhost

Hello Azam,

Please ensure that the following properties of RadCaptcha are configured - CaptchaImage-UseAudioFiles should be set to true and CaptchaImage-AudioFilesPath should contain the path to the audio files that you want to use.

You can find attached a sample page, demonstrating a RadCaptcha control, configured to use custom audio files.

All the best,

Thanks for your answer

I did all of the things you said and those are in attached files.
remember that I use Telerik RadCaptcha that is in DotNetNuke CMS. and everything works like a charm in localhost but not in server.

Thanks again  and I will appreciate If you can help me with this issue in server.

Hi Azam,

The problem that you have encountered is quite strange. We tried to reproduce it, but to no avail. Have you configured your project to run in a Web Farm/ Web Garden environment?

Please specify the changes that should be made to the setup that I provided in my previous post in order to recreate the issue, if there are any. You can also send the module that you are using so that I can examine it locally.  Additional information about specific settings that are configured in your project could be useful for determining the cause of the problem at hand.

Greetings,
