how can I remove a color from a predefined color palette (e.g. WebPalette) on server(c#) and client side (js)?
how can I translated (its shows the color code like #fffff) or hide the tooltip on color hoveing?

If you want to create a custom palette, you can use the Items collection of the control as shown in this online demo.
As for your second question, please elaborate on the translation of the color code and which tooltips need to be hidden.
