    Hello Deepak,

    I was not able to reproduce this issue. Bellow is my test code and a video demonstrating WebBrowser refreshing.

    <telerik:RadTabControl>
        <telerik:RadTabItem Header="Google">
            <Grid>
                <Grid.RowDefinitions>
                    <RowDefinition />
                    <RowDefinition Height="Auto" />
                </Grid.RowDefinitions>
                <WebBrowser x:Name="webBrowser" Source="http://www.telerik.com" />
                <Button Content="Refresh" Click="Button_Click" Grid.Row="1" FontSize="20"
                        Margin="0 5 0 0 " />
            </Grid>
        </telerik:RadTabItem>
        <telerik:RadTabItem Header="Dummy Item">
            <Rectangle Fill="Orange" />
        </telerik:RadTabItem>
    </telerik:RadTabControl>

    /// <summary>
    /// Interaction logic for MainWindow.xaml
    /// </summary>
    public partial class MainWindow : Window
    {
        public MainWindow()
        {
            InitializeComponent();
        }

        private void Button_Click(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
        {
            this.webBrowser.Refresh();
        }
    }

    Let me know if I am missing something.
