Currently this scenario is not supported by RadImageEditor but the good thing is that you could implement such a behavior on your own.
RadRibbonBar could be easily integrated with RadImageEditor, because RadRibbonBar control supports a number of client-side events that let you customize its behavior. RadImageEditor control on other side has a very detailed client-side API, so you could use it within RadRibbonBar's handlers.
