a RadPane cant have Content without throwing Argument Exception, i think after i installed SL 5 RC this error popped up, the same project works fine on another computer, it is really bugging me i have reinstalled the TRAIL silverlight package, refreshed all telerik refs, copied hot fix binaries folder into install dir (toggling in and out), etc.

just as a sanity check that this wasnt something in the solution/project itself i loaded the demo that ships and even the DragAndDrop.Silverlight project has the same error.

any ideas on this bug guys?

I am using VS2010 SP1 on Win7 64 bit

Hello Ryan,

There are some bugs with the current version of SIlverlight 5 RC. One of them is a rather major one and is the one you found which breaks a lot of our controls. We have this problem when setting Content of RadComboBox, RadTabControl, RadDocking etc.. We are closely working with Microsoft on fixing the issues as Silverlight 4 applications should be fully compatible with Silverlight 5. As we are getting internal builds from Microsoft, I can assure you that this problem is already fixed. But in the moment there is no way it can be workarounded.
