RadMenu issue after deploy on production machine

Hello All,
So looks like menu on my dev machine http://clip2net.com/s/FpmH
When I copy-past project to production machine menu becomes http://clip2net.com/s/Fpmt 
Who can advise how to fix this?

Have you double checked the stylesheet referencing once on production? it would seem it's simply missing the stylesheet.

The strange thing that after a few hours, menu looks like should be.
