Hi Malini,
Could you elaborate a bit on your problem -- which xml namespaces have you included in your page? Generally RadGauge can be found under the Telerik.Windows.Controls namespace, while RadialGauge and Needle can be found under the Telerik.Windows.Controls.Gauges namespace.
