Radgridview in Radgridview problem

Hi,

I am trying to add a radgridview in another radgridview column. It is not allowing me to call the rowload event of the inner grid and it gives me error "error HRESULT E_FAIL has been return from a call to a com component". Please let me know if I missing something or if their is a working sample then please provide the link for the reference so that I can compare my code with that.
