I have make use of Telerik Radgrid control on my page to display item details.
But for large No of records say 230/250, it is displaying whitespaces when I scroll down and scroll up etc.

There are no attachments in your post and without the screenshot and the markup and the code-behind of your RadGrid, it will be really difficult to guess what could cause the problem in your project.
In order for us to be able to assist you on this matter, please attach the screenshot in question and a code snippet with the RadGrid configuration and the related code-behind. You could also elaborate on what version of the controls you are using.
