I am trying to get radEditor for ajax, latest release, to work in DotNetNuke 4.8.4. The editor installs, activates, and comes up ok but the toolbars are blank. You can hover over the toolbar and the tooltip appears and you can click on the blank spot and that action performs. I tried the hyperlink and the dialog box appears but the background is transparent. I tried in IE 7, IE 8 beta and Firefox 3 with the same results. Tried clearing the caches with same result. Any ideas?

Hi Jerry,

Thank you for the provided details, but unfortunately they are not sufficient for us to determine what the exact reason for the problem might be. Could you please open a support ticket and send us some screenshots that demonstrate the problem? We will review them and do our best to provide a solution.

In addition, what is the exact version of RadEditor for DNN that you are using?

Sincerely,
George

Hello,

A common reason for skin problems in DNN is some global CSS that overrides the editor styles and breaks the toolbar images. Please review the styles in your DotNetNuke site (DNN skin, container) and see if any global span, a, li element styles are the cause for problem. You can also send us a live URL (if available) or your DNN skin and container files, so we can test them from here.
