You can use the DayRender event of RadCalendar:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/calnedar-day-render.html
Alternatively, you can use special days or templates:
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/calendar/examples/functionality/specialdays/defaultcs.aspx
