The version mentioned have been released before the existence of IE11, and thus, it is not officially supported under a browser that have not been available for testing.
With the latest version, I am unable to reproduce such a behavior. You can test with this online demo—http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx. Therefore, it is best to upgrade the UI for ASP.NET suite in order to resolve this issue.
