The issue is easily reproducable in your own demos:

Just maximize the window, and resize the browser. The window does not follow as it used to in previous releases. Or is there some new property I can set to enable this?

We were able to reproduce the problem and we logged it in our bug tracking system. It will be fixed for some of the upcoming internal builds.
