Problem with grouping, group header is shown on different page

Hi, strange one this. I have a data grid that has a

ChildTableDefinitions

and when I group by a column the first group header is showing on page 1 and the second group header is shown on page 2?

If I take out the pagesize from the datapager then the grouping works, however then you cannot page the data. If I set this to 10 then the grouping goes over 2 pages [first group does contain 10 records, second group contains 1 record].
