Problem in Maximize state

Hi
when i put Rad Window in a Maximized state, I can't well be closed or minimized
because the mouse pointer must be placed in the upper button

Hi,
I have the same problem.
when windows is Maximize, And Mouse is in first rectangle in attached picture, mouse hover is not acting & is non of Close,Restore & Minimum button is highlighting with Windows 7 Style But Without Style it has not any problem.

in Second rectangle it acting normally.
