override template for tasks

Hello, our team needs gantt control, I looked many libraries but Kendo UI it's more then only one gantt and i stopped on it.
I looked all examples and all documentations for it, but not found setting template or some other customizations for task viewing. For example we need task with 2 parts : 1 - planned time and  2 - time for risks, every part must have different colors. How I can do it.?

Hi,

Currently the gantt widget does not support templates for the tasks, but you could use the approach from our online documentation here to colorize different parts of the task based on some criteria (which in your case will be planned time and time for risk).

Ok, I am understand, but could you give me sources of gantt control
for understanding how difficult to change it for our requirements.
If its simple we will can buy all kendo ui library.

In order to provide a sample code, please clarify the following. If the task has two colors, one for the planned time and one for the risk time, will the percent complete be restrained only to the planned time part of the task?  Also are you planning to use the feature for percent complete adjustment at all? If you are not planning to allow the user to update the percent complete, then the amount of planned time versus the total time could be set to the percent complete field and the drag handle used for percent complete adjustment could be removed.
