Offsetting the Y-axis 0 Line to the bottom of the chart

I setup a chart to plot a linear regression, but I'm having problems getting the axes to display as I want them.

I've attached a screenshot. On the left is the report\chart I've created in Telerik Report Designer, on the right is the chart I'm trying to design.

 

I'm trying to move or offset the "0 line" on the Y-axis to the bottom, but I can't seem to find a way to do this. Is this something that is possible?

Hello,

You can set the X axis scale Minimum property to 0 and your X axis will always start from 0, providing the desired offset. However, if you want to add offset based on data, you can do it using the coordinate system bindings, as shown here:
