appears the 'Telerik.Windows.Controls.Charting.dll' is not in the NuGet package RadControls_for_Silverlight5_2013_1_0403_NuGet_Dev.zip

an oversight?

Hi Steve,

Currently the NuGet packages ship only the NoXAML versions of our controls. The architecture of our old charting solution - the RadChart, is not compatible with implicit styles and that is why there isn't  NoXAML version of Telerik.Windows.Controls.Charting.dll. We encourage you to use our newer charting solution - RadChartView, which was built from the ground-up to support implicit styles. In addition to that is provides vastly improved performance and it is easier to set up. Here you can find its online demos, and here you can find the respective documentation.
