Not completing file upload in debug environment

I have a radasyncupload control that works just fine when I deploy it to Azure, but not in the local debug environment.

The progress bar fills all the way up and then sticks right at the end and does nothing.

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support.

Could you please elaborate a bit more on the issue. Are there some javascript errors on page? Under which browser the issue occurs? Is your project deployed on a load balanced environment? Does the problem occurs on every upload? Could you test it under IE9 and Firefox/Chrome?
