Not able to create appointment by dragging mouse and Enter key

Hello guys,

kindly see attached image to see the feature already in scheduleview which i am not able to do.I can create new appointment by double click, but when i drag my mouse from one timeslot to other timeslot , and press Enter key, it's not creating any appointment, even when i drag my mouse, it's now showing dragging effect .Why i am not able to create new appointment in empty slots by dragging mouse and Enter key. Kindly share your knowledge.

We are unable reproduce this problem.

Could you please send us sample project so that we can reproduce it?

I've been using 2011.2.623.1040 which is latest Q2 beta version.

I am really not able to use this feature, kindly give me some idea to check all the places to get it worked.

Hi Hristo,

I found this problem with your demo Q2 beta which is just released also. I guess, this is specially happening with scheduleview which has localization feature like i've as well as in your demo. kindly check this link.Also i attached screenshot for that. see it.

i've downloaded Q2 beta demo locally. you can check it locally.

Hi Palak,

I've tried the example using the Q2 beta here:

I can can create new appointment by selecting slot and start typing. Then I change the Localization and I still can create new appointments by selecting slot and start typing.

Could you please post the exact steps to reproduce this problem?

Hi Hristo,

i again checked, and there is a bug for sure. Kindly follow below steps to reproduce the issue.

step 1) Open http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/beta/#ScheduleView/Localization. online or locally.
step 2) Try to create appointment by dragging your mouse over any timeslot and stretch up or down(try to cover more than 1 row at least because that's what i am talking about) . This time you can press ENTER key and you can create appointment successfully. 
step 3) Change language from left dropdown control for the localization. Now try the same thing as you did in step 2. You will get the problem. you can't create appointment now by dragging one timeslot to later timeslot(up/down).

kindly tell me now you get the problem or not. also if yes, you kindly give me fix for that.
