I have a report that generated in preview mode no problem, when I export to PDF it looks fine but when I export to RTF it adds in a blank page to the report.

This is really unhelpful as it means that it prints out incorrectly.

My client needs a way to edit the document in word so need the Edit functionality

Borders are set at 1cm and page width is 18cm.

I see there are some issues with RTF,

    http://docs.telerik.com/reporting/designing-reports-considerations-rtf

Does anyone know why this is, its really annoying, surley all exported files should look the same

    Hello Andrew,

Our demo reports do not exhibit the described issue, so it is most probably specific to your report layout. We will need to review the report definition and test the export to PDF and RTF on our end in order to investigate further.

The page looks ok when no datasouce is connected, but as soon as I have data on the report the layout breaks when exporting to RTF.

    Infuriating

When I delete the controls and re apply them sometimes they appear correctly.

Please can you confirm if there are limitations with margins in RTF ?? also will another page appear if controls run over the page limits.

    Many thanks Andrew

    Hello Andrew,

We can confirm the issue once you provide us with a runnable sample report exhibiting the problematic behavior. Please open a new support ticket where you can zip and attach the requested sample.
